Piotr joined Orzeł Business Strategy in March 2019. He does not deal with theoretical programming but solves real problems that block the development of medium-sized companies. Before he even sits down at the computer, he spends 2 days in the client's production hall or warehouse. He wants to see how documents actually circulate and where employees waste the most time on manual data entry.

In the last 11 months, Piotr has carried out 14 full implementations of systems improving sales and logistics. We see it in black and white: after his intervention, the time for issuing invoices in one of the warehouses near Piaseczno fell from 4 hours to about 48 minutes a day. We check facts, not promises, which is why Piotr always starts by calculating specifically how many PLN are escaping through a leaky system.

His specialty is fixing chaos in communication between the sales department and production. He often repeats that technology is only a tool, not an end in itself. If a process on paper is illogical, then the computer will only speed up this error. That is why Piotr first simplifies the rules and then selects the appropriate software for them, which every employee will understand in 15 minutes.

Recently, he helped a local window producer enter the German market. Due to errors in the ordering system, 12% of shipments contained specification errors. Piotr modified the data circulation and now this indicator is less than 2.1%. Without unnecessary talk, he introduced procedures that simply work and allow the owner to sleep soundly.

Privately, Piotr is a fan of old mechanical clocks. He claims that in business, as in a watch, every little gear must fit each other for the whole thing to show the correct time. (By the way, he is the only IT guy in our team who uses a pencil more often than a tablet during client meetings).
