Rules of cooperation with Orzeł Business Strategy

On what principles we operate
This document is a collection of simple rules that apply to everyone who uses our services or the website. Orzeł Business Strategy is a small team from Warsaw. We have been operating since 2017. We are not a large corporation and we do not want to be one. Our goal is to organize processes in Polish companies that employ from 12 to 85 people. If you are here, it means you are looking for specifics. By using this site, you accept our approach to business. Marek Wiśniewski and the rest of the team try to make everything clear from the first click. We do not use complicated legal loopholes because we respect your time. If anything in these entries is unclear to you, simply write to us at biuro@orzel-strategia.pl. We will reply within 4 business hours. Without unnecessary talk we will explain what a given point is about. Remember that the content on the site is for informational purposes. It is not an offer within the meaning of the civil code until we sign a specific order for Audit Start or other workshops.
Services and payments
All prices on our site, such as 3850 PLN for Audit Start or 9400 PLN for full scaling, are net amounts. We add appropriate VAT to each invoice. We check facts, not promises, which is why you pay for specific work performed in a specified time. An audit usually takes us 4 days on-site at your company. Payment for Audit Start is made in advance after setting the date of entry into the hall or office. For larger projects, such as building a sales department or automation, we divide payment into stages. We do not hide costs and do not add strange commissions during the term of the agreement. We see it in black and white: you know the price, we deliver the result. If for some reason you must reschedule the audit date, please let us know at least 5 business days in advance. This will allow us to move the team's work without loss to other clients we are currently serving 47 per year.
What we need from you
Effective optimization is a team game. For us to help your company save about 15 hours of work a week, we need reliable data. You must grant us insight into document circulation, machine operation time and the way salespeople talk to customers. If you hide from us errors in production or a mess in invoices, our report with a list of 12 improvements simply won't work. We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Everything we see at Al. Jerozolimskie or on your hall stays between us. We reserve the right to refuse cooperation if we decide that your company is not yet ready for changes or our methods do not fit your industry. Sometimes we say "no" if we don't see a chance for a real return on investment within the first 6 months. We act honestly, because simple rules give better results for both parties. Your obligation is to designate one person for contact who will efficiently answer our questions during the implementation sprint.
Responsibility and results
Our implementations are based on hard data and experience from 156 conducted analyses. However, you must know that the final result depends on how quickly and accurately you implement our recommendations. We give you the tools and the plan, but you and your team must perform the work on-site. Orzeł Business Strategy does not take responsibility for lost profits if you ignore key points from the audit report. For 83% of our clients, costs fell by a specific amount already in the first quarter, but this only happened because they kept to the set schedule. We are not responsible for failures of third-party IT systems that we use for office automation. We try to resolve all disputes amicably over coffee in our office in Warsaw. If this fails, the proper place for their resolution is the court competent for our headquarters. We play with open cards: we don't promise miracles, we promise a reliable audit and a proven work system that has already saved hundreds of hours for 47 active clients.
